August 9, 2025 Vintage Speedway and Karts Event at Illabo Motorsport Park

Saturday August 9, 2025 saw Gasworks Motorsport conduct it’s 30th Vintage Speedway Event since opening Illabo Motorsport Park back in 2025.

We had an incredible turnout with over 50 entrants in Vintage and Karts, and scores of spectators.

A big thank you to the drivers, their pit crews and other attendees for their continued attendance.

Also a massive shout out and thank you to all the volunteers, many whom travel hundreds of kilometres to make it Illabo — and many who are more local, that assist in making our events the success they are!

And another big thank you to our sponsors and supporters — your generous helps us to keep the events occurring.

Together we have created the “Heart of Australian Vintage Motorsport” at Illabo Motorsport Park and we look forward to many, many more events at Illabo for years to come!
