Engine Starts for a Massive Two Day Easter Event at Illabo Motorsport Park (April 4, 2026)

Gasworks Motorsport Inc held it’s second two day Easter Event at Illabo Motorsport Park.

Saturday was the first day, with engine starts and tuning occurring in the afternoon.

A huge thank you to Meg Behler to organising the event - without her tireless work this event wouldn’t have been the success it was! You’ll see in the photo gallery below Gasworks’ Vice President, Nicholas Pyers, and Track Promoter, Kerry Phelan, presenting Meg with with a small token of the club's appreciation.

You’ll see some new comers, and longer term attendees, trying out their vehicles — and you’ll also see our first Lawn Mower Driver testing out the track.

A number of attendees camped over night within the Illabo Showground Precinct (which Illabo Motorsport Park in part of) so they were right on site for an early start on Easter Sunday.
