The 224th Edition of the Vintage Speedcar Association Newsletter (Issue 3, Dec 2020/Jan 2021) has an article written by Mary-Rose Vella, accompanied by John Campbell’s photos, features the Volunteers of Gasworks Motorsports at the final meeting of 2020 at Illabo Motorsport Park.
The article comments how 31 volunteers from Gasworks Motorsports volunteered to make a successful day running various speedway and karts divisions. It goes on to mention the new Outlaw Karts section and the various drivers of the Speedway; including how much they enjoyed their runs, despite the heat.
Obviously, we fully support Mary-Rose’s comments of “please consider giving Illabo a go next year” and “you will find it a fun weekend with plenty of socialising besides running your toys”
