If used WITHIN the Illabo Showground Precinct AND the hirer provides a minimum of four able-bodied people to help move it etc (under GWM supervision) — NO CHARGE
If used WITHIN the Illabo Showground Precinct AND the hirer does NOT provide their own volunteers — $1,000 per day
If used BEYOND the Illabo Showground Precinct, but used within Junee Shire, AND the hirer provides a minimum of four able-bodied people to help move it etc (under GWM supervision) — $250 per day
If used BEYOND the llabo Showground Precinct, but used within Junee Shire, AND the hirer does NOT provide their own volunteers — $1,500
If used OUTSIDE Junee Shire, AND the hirer provides four able-bodied people to help move it etc (under GWM supervision) — $1,500 per event day, PLUS any accomodation/meals for our Supervisor(s) if distance is greater than 2 hours from Illabo
If used OUTSIDE Junee Shire, AND the hirer DOES NOT provide their own volunteers — $2,500 per event day, plus any accomodation/meals for minimum four GWM volunteers, if distance is greater than 2 hours from Illabo
For use at the Junee RSL Sub-Branch ANZAC Day Commemorative Service (ie the “11am service” @ The Cenotaph) — NO CHARGE, but Junee RSL Sub-Branch is to arrange for a minimum of four able bodied people to help to move it etc (under GWM supervision)
